I’ve learned that life rarely asks for permission before it changes. It just moves quietly at first, then all at once. One day you wake up, and the old routine no longer fits. The people, the place, the version of you – you’ve been carrying around, it all starts to shift.

Well, this is an invitation to evolve, to rewrite your story, to step into the unknown but not with #Panic, but with #Purpose.

I’ve moved through seasons of letting go of roles I’ve I outgrown, dreams that have changed shape, and versions of myself I no longer recognize. Each time, I feared I might lose too much. But I’ve come to see that #transition doesn’t erase who you were it #refines who you are.

At first, I resisted. I held on to comfort, to certainty, to familiarity like a lifeline. But eventually, I realized that transition isn’t something to fear. It’s an invitation.

I’ve learned that the in-between, the messy middle, is sacred ground. That becoming takes time. I’ve learned that grace isn’t weakness. That clarity doesn’t always come first but courage can still lead the way.

And now, when I feel life shifting again, I don’t rush it. I pause. I breathe. I listen. Because this, too, shall pass and that there is an art to the transition. And most of all, I am still becoming. #LEAP
